In the 13‑patient dose‑escalation study there were no dose‑limiting toxicities, no cytokine release syndrome and no immune‑associated neurotoxicity; median progression‑free survival was 9.9 months overall and 16.1 months with 3–6 doses, and median overall survival with repeated dosing was 19.5 months.
