InPost reported a Q2 net profit decline of 30% to 93 million PLN, while adjusted EBITDA rose only 4.4% to 1.04 billion PLN and the margin fell 330 basis points to 25%. A consortium led by FedEx agreed an all-cash offer to buy InPost for €7.8 billion (~$9.2bn), valuing the company at €15.60 per share, a 50% premium to its Jan. 2 price.
