Krones: Sales and earnings slightly down at start of year, order intake rises

Krones reported a currency-driven sales decline of 2.2% to about €1.38 billion in the first quarter; on a like‑for‑like basis revenues rose 1.4%. EBITDA fell slightly to €148.9 million, while the operating margin improved to 10.8%. Order intake was around €1.51 billion, up 5.3% year‑on‑year, and the order backlog increased to about €4.3 billion. KRONES raises dividend to €2.80 and confirms 2026 forecast

KRONES raised its dividend by €0.20 to €2.80 per share when presenting the final financial figures. A payout of 29.6 percent of group profit is planned, in line with the target range of 25 to 30 percent.
