Leclanché misses final deadline for annual report and cannot prove going concern

Leclanché has filed for insolvency due to inability to pay for Leclanché GmbH and Leclanché Services GmbH in Offenburg. The filing was made as a precaution and could be withdrawn if short-term financing is secured.
