Liberty Media has completed the relocation of its legal domicile from Delaware to Nevada; the conversion took effect on Monday and now subjects the company to Nevada law. The previous tracking-stock structure for Liberty Formula One shares was eliminated and all outstanding shares as well as related options and RSUs were automatically converted into Nevada shares or awards, while ticker symbols remain unchanged.
