The order backlog exceeds USD 1.1 billion, with 60–70% of that expected to ship in 2026, and the new products Dragonfly G5 and Atlas G6 are gaining rapid market acceptance. Advanced packaging grew about 80% in 2026 and, together with higher average selling prices and manufacturing efficiency, is driving gross margin, which is expected to be above 60% in the medium term. Onto Innovation beats Q2 forecasts and raises outlook
