ORIX USA acquires majority stake in Hilco Global

ORIX USA announced the completion of its acquisition of a majority stake in Hilco Global; Hilco will remain as a minority shareholder with its management team. Hilco will be split into two business units (professional services and capital solutions) to strengthen valuations, restructurings and asset-based private credit financing.
