SThree reports that Computershare Trustees, on behalf of the employee trust fund, acquired a total of 857,933 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange between 6 and 16 March for a total of £1,489,557. Individual transactions were between £1.697443 and £1.775000 per share; the largest transaction on 16 March comprised 206,064 shares. SThree announced that chief financial officer Andrew Beach will leave the board after the annual general meeting on 29 April 2026. Beach will remain until the publication of the half‑year results on 21 July 2026 to support the transition.
