Telecom Italia announces €400 million share buyback and higher revenue guidance

Telecom Italia announced a €400 million share buyback program and reported annual figures showing revenue of €13.7 billion and EBITDA after leasing up 6.5% to €3.7 billion. The board proposed a share consolidation at a 1:10 ratio. For 2026 the company expects revenue to rise 2–3% and EBITDA after leasing to grow 5–6%, with investments to remain below 14% of revenue.
