Oesterreichische Kontrollbank has started the stabilization phase for a 5-year US dollar bond maturing on 15 January 2031; the bond carries an explicit guarantee of the Republic of Austria. J.P. Morgan SE is acting as stabilization coordinator, with Bank of America, Citigroup and Deutsche Bank as stabilization managers; trading for stabilization purposes will be conducted off-exchange. An overallotment of up to 5% of the aggregate nominal amount may be possible; the aggregate nominal amount and the coupon have not yet been determined.
