The High Court of Justice has approved the scheme of arrangement for Jiangxi Copper’s takeover of SolGold. Shareholder majorities had already approved the deal; the scheme record time was set at 18:00 on 3 March 2026. The arrangement is expected to become effective on 4 March 2026, with 3 March as the last day of trading; trading will be suspended from 4 March and a delisting will be sought, expected to take effect on 5 March 2026.
