HOUSTON, Jan. 29, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- U.S. Energy Corp. (NASDAQ: USEG, “U.S. Energy” or the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the extension of the previously announced share repurchase program under which the Company may purchase up to $5.0 million of its outstanding shares of common stock in the open market, in accordance with all applicable securities laws and regulations, including Rule 10b-18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. The repurchase program was originally approved in April 2023 and extended in March 2024, and was to expire on June 30, 2025. The expiration date has now been extended until June 30, 2026.
