(TSXV: ZDC) (the "Company" or "Zedcor") announces that on May 29, 2025, 2,935,000 Restricted Share Units (RSUs) were granted to employees, directors and officers of the Company pursuant to the Company's fixed 10% RSU/DSU plan and will expire three years from the date of grant.
