Ariston misses Q1 forecasts; shares fall sharply

Ariston reported Q1 2026 earnings per share of 0.0655 EUR and revenue of 656 million EUR, missing expectations (EPS 0.0739 EUR; revenue 674.23 million EUR). Adjusted EBIT was 34 million EUR (margin 5.2%) and free cash flow was negative at -69 million EUR. Ariston reported Q1 2026 revenues of €656m (analyst estimate €674m) and saw its share plunge 35.6% to €3.83 after the release. Adjusted EBIT was €34m (margin 5.2%) and free cash flow was negative €69m, pushing adjusted net debt up to €631m. Management confirmed the full-year guidance of organic revenue growth of 1–4% and an adjusted EBIT margin of 7–8%, citing growth drivers such as heat pumps, the JV with Lennox in North America and the planned acquisition of Riello.
