Arxis acquires Omnetics and MagCanica for around $890 million
Arxis has acquired Omnetics and MagCanica; the combined purchase price is around $890 million, equivalent to 12 times the estimated adjusted EBITDA for 2027. Omnetics is being integrated into the Electronic Components segment in a stock transaction with a lock‑up, while MagCanica was purchased for cash and also assigned to that segment.
