A.S. Création Tapeten prepares move from General Standard to Scale segment

The management board of A.S. Création Tapeten has decided to prepare the change of the stock listing from the regulated market (General Standard) to the Scale segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The aim is to reduce regulatory and administrative burdens while maintaining capital market presence; the delisting from the regulated market and the admission to Scale are to be applied for in parallel. The management board and supervisory board of A.S. Création Tapeten have proposed to the annual general meeting a dividend distribution of 0.15 EUR per share for 2025. Earnings per share were around 0.06 EUR, which means the proposed dividend deviates from the usual payout ratio of about 45%.
