Autohome approves $400 million share buyback program

Autohome’s board has approved a share buyback program authorizing the repurchase of ADSs worth up to $400 million over the next 12 months, effective immediately. Repurchases may be made on the open market, through privately negotiated transactions, block trades or other legally permitted means and are expected to be funded from existing cash on hand.
