NV Bekaert reports stable revenue of €917 million in Q1 2026

NV Bekaert recorded revenue of €917 million in the first quarter of 2026, with 0% organic growth, weighed down by negative currency effects of 5% and a 3% comparatives impact from the sale of its Latin American steel cord business. The company is continuing a €200 million share buyback program and is proposing a dividend of €1.95 per share. Bekaert raises free cash flow in 2025 by 63% after comprehensive restructuring

Bekaert reports 2025 revenue of €3.7bn (-2%) with an adjusted EBIT margin of 8.0% and adjusted EBIT of €297m. Free cash flow rose 63% to €314m thanks to working-capital discipline and restructuring measures, and net debt fell by €100m to €180m (leverage 0.4x). One-off impairments and restructuring costs of €162m reduced reported EBIT to €135m but had only a minor cash impact. Bekaert cuts EBITu forecast despite relatively stable revenue in Q3 2025

Bekaert reports Q3 2025 revenue of €880m (prior year €956m) and 3% volume growth, which was only partially offset by negative currency, M&A and price/raw-material effects. Segment analysis shows stable Rubber Reinforcement, strong growth in Steel Wire Solutions (+6% on a comparable basis) and weakness at Bridon‑Bekaert Ropes. The 2025 revenue plan remains around €3.7bn, but the EBITu margin was lowered from 8.0–8.5% to around 8.0%.
