New investments or top‑ups must be liquidatable within five trading days and must not represent more than 20% of the average 30‑day trading volume on any day. The measure follows a strategic review and is intended to reduce the risk of negative performance during the planned transition to the new investment manager Columbia Threadneedle Investments. Shareholders of Bellevue Healthcare Trust approved a special resolution to repurchase its own shares with 95.12% of the votes, thereby supporting the continuation of the Zero Discount Policy. The resolution received 23,251,372 votes in favour, 1,121,079 votes against and 71,893 abstentions.
