Beximco Pharmaceuticals is temporarily suspending trading of its Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) on the AIM in London from 2 January 2026 because it cannot publish its annual results for the year ended 30 June 2025 on time. The delay is caused by a postponement in convening a board meeting, due to a pending High Court proceeding in Bangladesh concerning the appointment of additional independent directors; the case must be reheard after the judicial benches are reconstituted.
