Calfrac elects Ken Wagner to the board of directors

Calfrac has elected Ken Wagner, along with seven other nominees, to its board of directors; Wagner will serve until the next annual general meeting. Calfrac names Scarlett Crockatt as new chief financial officer

Calfrac has appointed Scarlett Crockatt as chief financial officer with immediate effect; she succeeds Mike Olinek, who is retiring after almost 20 years.
