Camtek reported a record Q3 2025 revenue of $126 million (up ~12% YoY), gross margin of 51.5% and operating income of $37.6 million. The company completed a $500 million convertible notes offering, ending the quarter with about $794 million in cash and generated $34.3 million in operating cash flow.
