Castings PLC reshuffles board after retirement

Castings PLC has made personnel changes to its board following the announced retirement of Andrew Eastgate. Mark Smith was appointed senior independent director and remains chair of the audit and risk committee. Stephen Harrison took over as chair of the remuneration and nomination committees.
