Chargeurs Invest in exclusive talks with KPS on sale of majority stake in Novacel

Chargeurs Invest is conducting exclusive negotiations with KPS Capital Partners over the sale of a majority stake in its unit Novacel, while retaining 25% as a minority stake. Novacel represents around 40% of the group's expected 2024 revenue and EBITDA. The transaction is to be paid entirely in cash, with completion expected in the first half of 2026 after due diligence and other conditions; financial details were not disclosed. Chargeurs considering sale of Novacel division – shares rise 6%

Chargeurs has received several non-binding expressions of interest for its Novacel division, which accounts for around 40% of the group’s revenue and EBITDA, and is considering a sale; a decision is still pending. Financial investors are seen as the main interested parties, a deal could be completed by the end of 2025 and was viewed positively by analysts.
