Civeo prices a senior, unsecured convertible note of $100 million with a 4.50% coupon, maturing August 1, 2031; settlement planned for July 7, 2026. Initial purchasers have an option for an additional $15 million; the initial conversion rate is about 24.6840 shares per $1,000 (conversion price roughly $40.51, about a 20% premium to the most recent price). Civeo joint venture extends accommodation contract in western Canada to 2032

A joint venture of Civeo has received a six-year contract extension to provide accommodation and support services in western Canada; the agreement runs until June 30, 2032, replacing contracts that would have expired in 2027. The JV will serve the entire Civeo lodge network in western Canada. Civeo exceeds expectations in Q1 2026 – revenue and adjusted EBITDA rise sharply
