DEMIRE sells Roomers and other properties; proceeds around €44 million

DEMIRE continues planned portfolio sales: the Hotel Roomers in Frankfurt was handed over to IROKO (represented by Norkon) at the end of August. In addition, an office property in Kempten was sold and a subsidiary sold an office property in Chemnitz (handover Q4 2026). DEMIRE raises 2026 forecast after stable half-year result

DEMIRE reports stable H1 results in a difficult commercial real estate market: rental income fell 17% to EUR 23m and FFO1 dropped from EUR 5m to EUR 2m, while EBIT remained positive at EUR 8m. Management raised the 2026 guidance (rental income EUR 42.5–44.5m; FFO1 EUR 0.5–2.5m), supported by ongoing disposals of EUR 17.5m and post-reporting signed transactions of around EUR 40m. DEMIRE leases almost 10,000 m² in Bonn to Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben

DEMIRE has signed a lease with the Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben for nearly 10,000 m² at Reuterstraße 65 in Bonn. The spaces in the former postal directorate will be occupied from autumn and will strengthen Bonn’s international position. After the partial departure of Deutsche Telekom, DEMIRE successfully repositioned the property as a multi-tenant site, reinforcing its long-term earnings base.
