Duni recovers after quarterly report with no negative surprises

Duni reported a Q2 net sales decline of 3.2% to SEK 1,823m and an operating profit of SEK 65m (prior year SEK 121m), impacted by problems ramping up a new external logistics structure. Management stressed the figures were in line with the preliminary statement on 12 June, so there were no negative surprises. Duni also announced an efficiency programme targeting annual savings of SEK 30m in sales and administration, to be fully effective by Q4 2026. Duni reports Q2 sales increase amid margin pressure and earnings decline

Duni increased net sales in the second quarter by 5.2% adjusted for currency effects, while organic growth fell by 3.8%. Operating profit dropped by SEK 40m and the operating margin fell from 7.2% to 6.4%.
