Swedish investment firm EQT is acquiring a majority stake in McGill and Partners from Warburg Pincus for $2 billion. BGH Capital has tabled a non-binding takeover bid for EQT Holdings that values EQT at A$663 million, or A$24.75 in cash per share, and narrowly tops a competing offer from TPG.
