Ethernity Networks calls extraordinary general meeting to approve up to 15 billion new shares

Ethernity Networks will hold an extraordinary general meeting on 18 March 2026 to approve extending the authority to issue up to 15 billion new ordinary shares without pre-emptive rights. Shareholders will also be asked to approve the conversion of outstanding salaries and director fees of up to £70,000 into new shares at a price of 0.004p per share. Ethernity Networks reduces loss in first half of 2025 by 40%

Ethernity Networks reports a 40% decline in net loss for H1 2025 to USD 2.12 million on revenues of USD 598,599. Gross profit was USD 598,599 (gross margin 100%). The EBITDA loss narrowed 35.8% to USD 1.02 million, and the adjusted EBITDA loss fell 28.4% to USD 1.19 million.
