Fagerhult exceeds sales forecasts in Q2 with 6.8% growth

Fagerhult reported sales of SEK 1.97 billion in the second quarter, above analysts’ estimate of SEK 1.94 billion, representing 6.8% growth year‑on‑year. Order intake rose 8.6% to SEK 2.07 billion, while adjusted organic order growth fell by 0.5%. Fagerhult disappoints with Q1 figures; shares fall around 6%

Fagerhult reported weaker-than-expected results for Q1 2026: sales SEK 1,821m (organic -6.1%), EBITA before items affecting comparability SEK 44m with a margin of 2.4% (down 72.9% year-on-year) and EPS of -0.16 SEK. Operating cash flow was SEK -160m. The share fell about 6% to SEK 21.4 after the results and is approaching its 52-week low. Fagerhult sharply increases operating profit in Q4 2025 despite slight revenue decline

Fagerhult reports an operating result of SEK 196m for Q4 2025, up 37.1% year-on-year, with an operating margin of 9.4%. Organic sales fell 1.6%, while total net sales rose 1.8% to SEK 2,040m; earnings per share were SEK 1.93. The company is expanding its smart outdoor lighting technology into new markets and considers itself well positioned in the Nordic renovation market.
