Figeac Aero: record revenue, but net profit falls to €0.5m — shares notably weaker

Figeac Aero reports record revenue of €486.8m for 2025/26 (+15.8% organically) and recurring EBITDA of €78.6m (+13.1%), but net profit plunged from €3.6m to €0.5m. Management attributes the profit drop to an unfavorable US dollar exchange rate and an industrial accident at the Aulnat site. The group also plans spending of €10m this year and €10–15m next year on strategic initiatives ahead of planned CEO Jean-Claude Maillard’s departure in 2028, and is examining a possible sale without further capital dilution.
