Harvest Minerals has signed a technical‑scientific cooperation agreement with the Serviço Geológico do Brasil to explore rare earths and strategic minerals across four project areas in the Ribeira belt (Capão Bonito, Carambeí, Cerro Azul, Sguário Granite). The agreement runs for 24 months and covers chemical‑mineralogical characterization, laboratory extraction tests and investigations of weathering profiles. Work requested by the geological survey will incur no cost to Harvest, while the company will have access to the data. Earlier drilling at Capão Bonito returned peak values up to 5,662 ppm rare earth oxides and mineralized intervals up to 17 m thick; results from further drilling programs completed in 2025 are still pending. Harvest Minerals has acquired Scanty Mineração, gaining eight rare earths projects in Brazil. The purchase was for A$200,000 in cash plus the issue of 40 million new ordinary shares; further contingent payments may apply. The projects are located in São Paulo, Paraná, Minas Gerais and Bahia; Capão Bonito is considered the lead development project, and historical leaching tests confirm ion‑adsorption clay. Harvest is currently assessing 386 laboratory samples, with results expected at the end of the quarter; a follow‑up drilling program at Capão Bonito is planned after evaluation and financing.
