Helios rejects StoneX offer for CAB Payments

The Helios consortium will not support StoneX Group’s non-binding takeover offer of 110 pence per share for CAB Payments and will not give an irrevocable commitment. Helios is continuing to work on meeting regulatory requirements for its own offer and holds or has commitments for a total of around 52.50% of CAB Payments’ issued share capital. Helios Technologies beats Q4 forecasts and stock rises pre-market

Helios Technologies reported non‑GAAP EPS of $0.81 for the fourth quarter of 2025 (expectation $0.72) and revenue of $210.7 million (expectation $196.83 million).
