Ignitis closes long-term LNG supply contract with EQT subsidiary for 2027–2036

Ignitis has signed a long-term purchase agreement for liquefied natural gas (LNG) with a subsidiary of EQT Corporation covering 2027–2036. The company will receive 10 LNG cargoes per year, totaling about one terawatt-hour, to secure household gas supply in Lithuania and diversify sourcing. Ignitis Group updates euro bond programme of €2 billion

Ignitis Group confirms outlook, share falls after profit decline

Ignitis Group reported an adjusted EBITDA of €306m for H1 (+2%) and an adjusted net profit of €116m (−21%) — burdens from higher impairments and weaker financial performance.
