Indel B increases revenue in H1 2026, margins under pressure from mix and higher logistics costs

Indel B increased revenue in the first half of 2026 by 9.4% to EUR 118.2m; adjusted EBITDA rose slightly by 2.2% to EUR 13.8m, while adjusted EBIT (EUR 9.1m) and adjusted net profit (EUR 6.1m) fell. The margin decline is mainly due to a higher share of lower‑margin automotive OEM sales and increased logistics costs; the automotive division accounted for 62% of revenue. The leisure segment grew strongly (+52%), hospitality and refrigeration remained weak, cash conversion was around 88% and net debt stood at EUR 19.1m. Indel B focuses on aftermarket: revenue slightly up, net profit down

Indel B recorded a 1.9% revenue increase in fiscal year 2025 to €207.4 million, driven by aftermarket growth of 18% to €79.8 million, while the OEM business fell 9% to €92.7 million. Adjusted EBITDA rose to €23.7 million (11.4% margin), but adjusted EBIT and adjusted net profit declined to €16.0 million and €10.2 million respectively, weighed down by acquisition costs and higher financing expenses.
