Bally’s Intralot records strong H1 growth, UK tax hike weighs on quarterly EBITDA

Bally’s Intralot reported H1 2026 revenue rising to €544.2m and adjusted EBITDA of €184.8m, supported by the consolidation of Bally’s International Interactive. The Remote Gaming Duty in the UK increased sharply, causing costs of about €34m in the quarter, of which management was able to offset roughly 65%, weighing on Q2 EBITDA. The legacy Intralot business saw revenue fall 8.5%, while the interactive business maintained an EBITDA margin of 35.2%.
