I-RES reports higher results for the first half of 2026: revenue €43.1m (+1.1%), EPRA Earnings €15.3m (+5.3%) and EPRA EPS €0.029 (+5.8%). Like-for-like rent growth accelerated to 2.1% and the occupancy rate was 99.4%; the reported total return rose to 6.8%.
