Shareholders voted at an extraordinary general meeting with over 99% in favour of the voluntary liquidation of JPMorgan Global Core Real Assets. The portfolio has been fully realised; remaining assets comprise £22.8m in cash and £2.9m in receivables against liabilities of £1.3m, resulting in a net asset value of 85.25 pence per share. An initial distribution of around £21.6m is planned for 17 September 2026, with the final distribution due in May 2028; the process is expected to be completed by April 2029.
