Krones: Sales and earnings slightly down at start of year, order intake rises

Krones reported a currency-driven sales decline of 2.2% to about €1.38 billion in the first quarter; on a like‑for‑like basis revenues rose 1.4%. EBITDA fell slightly to €148.9 million, while the operating margin improved to 10.8%. Order intake was around €1.51 billion, up 5.3% year‑on‑year, and the order backlog increased to about €4.3 billion. KRONES raises dividend to €2.80 and confirms 2026 forecast

KRONES raised its dividend by €0.20 to €2.80 per share when presenting the final financial figures. A payout of 29.6 percent of group profit is planned, in line with the target range of 25 to 30 percent. The previously published annual figures were confirmed and the forecast for 2026 remains unchanged.
