Logistics Development Group reports an unaudited estimated net asset value (NAV) per share of 26.7 pence as of 30 September 2025, unchanged from the previous quarter. The portfolio includes significant holdings in Finsbury Food Group, SQLI, Alliance Pharma and WS Holdco; in July LDG invested £15m in WS Holdco, acquiring a 33.4% stake in The Alternative Parcels Company (APC). Finsbury reported a 1% increase in Q1 revenue and an adjusted EBITDA of £10.8m, SQLI grew Q3 revenue by 3% and shows a pro‑forma adjusted EBITDA of €26m (10% margin), while Alliance Pharma is progressing with its value‑creation plan.
