Mayne Pharma raises gross margin despite revenue decline in FY2026

Mayne Pharma reports FY2026 revenue fell to AUD 383.7m (-6%), while gross margin improved to 64.7% (+411 basis points). Adjusted EBITDA dropped 27% to AUD 34.2m, weighed down by higher sales and marketing costs, currency effects and litigation. Mayne Pharma boosts margins despite stagnant revenue and high legal costs

Mayne Pharma reports largely flat revenue of A$212.1m for H1 FY26 while gross margin widened by 390 basis points to 65.3%. Adjusted EBITDA fell 8% to A$28.6m, weighed down by higher operating costs and exceptional legal costs of A$21.3m; operating cash flow dropped 38% to A$16.9m and cash holdings fell to A$67.3m. The dermatology segment saw a clear margin improvement from mix shift and direct sales, while the women’s health segment faced margin pressure despite volume growth.
