Munters: strong Q2, record orders and review of sale of FoodTech drive the stock

Munters receives $183 million order for AI cooling at US data center

Munters has won an order worth about 2 billion SEK (USD 183 million) for AI cooling solutions from a US colocation customer. The scope includes a modular cooling platform with high-capacity coolant distribution units and over-the-rack air conditioning units for an AI campus. Munters stock falls after NVIDIA unveils Rubin chip that could advance warm-water cooling

Munters shares fell about 5% after NVIDIA unveiled its Rubin chip, which can operate at 42–45 °C and thus allows significantly higher operating temperatures than conventional chilled‑water systems. Broad adoption of the chip could accelerate acceptance of warm‑water cooling in AI data centres and influence demand for more flexible or hybrid cooling solutions.
