Navigator Global has agreed to buy a portfolio of minority stakes in 17 alternative asset managers from Stable Asset Management for $195 million. The transaction is expected to close in early H2 2026 and will be financed in cash and NGI shares; the portfolio is valued at 7.6 times distributions for 2025. Navigator Global reported first-half 2026 revenue growth of 17% to USD 108.3m and an adjusted EBITDA of USD 48.2m, also up 17%. Fee-adjusted AUM rose to USD 29.0bn, and firm AUM totals USD 84bn across 11 partner firms. Management warned, however, that adjusted EBITDA for full-year 2026 is expected to be below 2025 levels, citing lower performance in the NGI Strategic segment as a risk, and suspended the dividend to preserve capital for growth initiatives.
