Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions takes over Nilfisk after successful offer

Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions (FHCS) has successfully completed its public takeover offer for Nilfisk and now holds more than 90% of the share capital. FHCS plans a squeeze-out of the remaining minority shareholders and to end Nilfisk’s stock exchange listing. The aim is to combine the sales capabilities and customer networks of both companies to jointly offer manual cleaning systems, professional cleaning machines and digital solutions more strongly and to ensure continuity for customers. » Mere på finanzen.net
Nilfisk achieves organic growth despite comprehensive restructuring

Nilfisk reported organic growth of 2.1% for Q3 2025 and revenue of EUR 238.7 million, slightly below analysts' expectations. The company is implementing deep structural measures, including the sale of its US pressure-washer business and the relocation of North American production to Querétaro, Mexico. Restructuring charges and impairments amounted to EUR 47.4 million (cash impact EUR 4.0 million); EBITDA margin before special items was 12.6%.
