Nokian Renkaat reaches 52-week high after JPMorgan upgrade

The Nokian Renkaat share rose by around 6.5% to €15.78 after JPMorgan raised its rating from "Underweight" to "Neutral" and increased the price target from €7.70 to €15.00. The upgrade follows a strong quarterly report: the operating segment result for Q2 2026 amounted to €45.0m, well above the analyst consensus of €34.9m and the prior-year figure of €26.3m. CEO Paolo Pompei cited higher sales volumes and better pricing, especially in the passenger car tyre segment, as drivers. Nokian Renkaat falls sharply after profit-taking despite strong quarterly results

Nokian Renkaat's stock slid about 9.4% from its 52‑week high after investors took profits following the rally. In the half‑year report (Jan–Jun 2026) the company surprised with a 71% rise in operating profit in the second quarter to €45.0m and a 10.6% increase in revenue to €380m, but did not lift the full‑year forecast. Nokian Renkaat beats expectations and confirms full-year forecast, shares rise

Nokian Renkaat reported Q2 2026 revenue of €379.9 million (consensus €343.7 million), an operating profit of €34.8 million and earnings per share of €0.14. Management confirmed the full-year outlook calling for net sales growth and a segment operating profit (OP) margin of 8–10%. Drivers were higher sales volumes, improved pricing and lower manufacturing and supply‑chain costs.
