NorAm Drilling saw revenue rise to USD 29.4 million in Q2 2026, adjusted EBITDA of USD 6.3 million and net income of USD 4.2 million, driven by 98.6% utilization of its 11 rigs. The company paid USD 4.9 million in dividends, reports no debt and holds USD 8.1 million in cash with a market capitalization of USD 216.3 million. Management sees a tight market for super-spec rigs in the Permian Basin, expects moderate price increases on contract renewals and cites oil price volatility as a key risk.
