Weak organic growth clouds Q1 revenue rise at NOTE AB

NOTE AB beat revenue forecasts in Q1 2026 with SEK 962m but recorded negative organic growth of -6% year-on-year. Reported operating margin was 8.7% (adjusted 9.1%) and operating cash flow was SEK 46m. The stock fell about 2.4% pre-market. NOTE AB records strong Q4 with record operating profit and higher earnings per share

Quarterly revenue was SEK 1 billion, annual revenue SEK 3.8 billion; net debt stands at SEK 403 million with an equity ratio of 48%.
