The board of directors of NXP Semiconductors has approved an interim dividend of $1.014 per common share for the third quarter of 2026. The payment will be made in cash on October 8, 2026 to shareholders registered on September 16, 2026. Cash dividends are subject to a 15% Dutch withholding tax; foreign shareholders may be able to claim a refund depending on their situation.
