Prairie Operating lowers liquidity requirements in loan agreement and amends warrant terms

Prairie Operating entered into a third amendment to its credit agreement with Citibank and other lenders that substantially reduces the minimum liquidity requirement (Current Ratio) for upcoming quarters and introduces a new production covenant.
