Prosafe raises 2026 EBITDA guidance after strong Q2 improvement

Prosafe reported Q2 EBITDA of about USD 10 million and reduced the net loss to USD 6.1 million from USD 23.9 million a year earlier. The company raised its 2026 EBITDA guidance to USD 50–55 million, supported by on-time completed platform inspections and the upcoming contract conversion of the Safe Notos to USD 140,000 per day. Fleet utilisation is nearly 100% after completion of the work, and cash balances stand at about USD 52.3 million, but debt remains a risk. Prosafe publishes quarterly results on 28 August 2026 with negative analyst forecasts

Prosafe announced it will publish results for the quarter ending 30 June 2026 on 28 August 2026. Two analysts expect, on average, an EPS of −0.035 USD and revenue of around 40.0 million USD, versus losses of −13.810 NOK and revenue of 318.4 million NOK in the prior year. Prosafe reports strong Q4 2025 and raises guidance

Prosafe recorded a substantially improved result in Q4 2025 with EBITDA nearly tripling year-on-year and a net profit of USD 5.3m. EBITDA for 2025 reached the top end of guidance (USD 35–40m), driven by 100% fleet utilization and strict financial management. The company reduced net debt relative to EBITDA and issued an optimistic EBITDA guidance for 2026 of USD 45–55m.
